Available up to 90% of most recent 12-months of billed kWh usage. Ten year subscription, with annual auto-renewal; penalty for early withdrawal (10% of 10y remainder).​

What is this option?

Low Income. Similar to Annual (Option 1) for qualifying Low Income Residential customers. Monthly subscription charge will not exceed Monthly Subscription Credit.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Account holder must meet applicable eligibility requirements for the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). View the 2023 LIHEAP Arkansas Eligibility Chart.

  • Customer must self-certify; the Company may, in its discretion, request proof of eligibility

  • If a customer has misrepresented eligibility during the self-certification process, the Company may, in its discretion, permanently exclude the customer from participating​
