Note: The initial term of the Agreement under all Go ZERO options will be for an initial period of one (1) year and automatically will be extended thereafter for successive periods of one (1) year each until terminated by written notice given by one party to the other not more than six (6) months nor less than two (2) months prior to the expiration of the initial Agreement Term or any anniversary thereof.

RECs

 Subscribing customers will receive the RECs associated with the amount of solar energy that results from their capacity subscription with these RECs being retired on the subscribing customer’s behalf.

Minimum of 1 kW with increases available in 1 kW increments. Total subscription may not exceed 100% of the customer’s most recent annual billed kilowatt-hour (kWh) usage for those accounts participating in this option.

AECs

Cost:

Fixed $0.000035 per kWh charge based on the usage subscribed.

Subscribing customers will receive the RECs associated with the amount of solar energy that results from their capacity subscription with these RECs being retired on the subscribing customer’s behalf.

Subscribing customers will elect for the Company to retire AECs on their behalf based on each participating account’s billed hourly load ratio share of the Company’s legacy nuclear and hydro-electric generation resources. 

Subscribing customers will receive the RECs associated with the amount of solar energy that results from their capacity subscription with these RECs being retired on the subscribing customer’s behalf.

Customers may subscribe up to 100% of their load ratio share of AECs.

Subscribing customers will receive the RECs associated with the amount of solar energy that results from their capacity subscription with these RECs being retired on the subscribing customer’s behalf.

Subscribing customers will elect for the Company to provide a report matching the customer’s actual hourly load with the actual hourly output of the solar, nuclear, and/or hydro-electric generation resources on a 24/7 basis to which the customer is otherwise subscribed. Available to customers participating in any EAL offering where RECs and/or AECs are retired on behalf of the customer.
